§ 3465. Denial, suspension or revocation of license

The Board may deny, suspend or revoke the license granted to practice as an emergency medical technician upon due notice and hearing to any person who:

(a) Has obtained the license through fraud or deceit [or error of the Board].

(b) Is convicted of a felony or any crime that implies moral turpitude.

(c) Is declared to be mentally unqualified by a competent court or medical expert, in which case the person may be reinstated as soon as the person is again declared qualified.

(d) Incurs some sort of negligence and/or crime in the performance of his/her functions.
