§ 2320. Mental Health and Addiction Services Administration— Establishment and operation of programs

The Mental Health and Addiction Services Administration “ASSMCA” shall be responsible for overseeing the establishment and operation of the Assistance Programs for Employees and their Immediate Family Members in the dependencies of the Commonwealth Government, according to the established standards, and to keep a register of those programs developed with its assistance and advice in the municipal governments and private enterprises. In those government agencies where Assistance Programs for Employees and their Immediate Family Members already exist, the Mental Health and Addiction Services Administration shall evaluate the same and make recommendations that it deems pertinent in order to render them more effective and as uniform as possible; in addition, it shall ensure that such program complies with the provisions of the regulations promulgated by virtue of this chapter.
