§ 502. Stipulations in agreements

The agreements shall specify the types of services and facilities to be provided by the departments, agencies, instrumentalities or public corporations of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, as well as the reimbursement of the reasonable costs for such services and facilities whenever so agreed upon, or whether the services are to be rendered gratis; Provided, That reimbursements received for services rendered or facilities supplied shall be covered into the general fund, save in the case of public corporations whose funds are not under the custody of the Secretary of the Treasury; in which case, such reimbursements shall be covered into the funds of the public corporation providing the service or facility; And, provided, further, That whenever the entity rendering the services or supplying the facilities lacks the necessary funds to perform the terms of the agreement, the Secretary of the Treasury may advance funds to said agency for such purposes.
