The Association is under the jurisdiction and subject to the powers of the Office of the Commissioner of Insurance, with regard to the insurance businesses which are under the supervisory and oversight duties of the Commissioner and as provided in §§ 101 et seq. of Title 26, known as the “Insurance Code”.
