A person employed for domestic service, whether for the personal service of the head of the family or for the general service of the household, whose service contract is for a specified time, may leave such service or be dismissed before the expiration of the term of the contract; but if the employer dismisses the employee subject to these conditions without just cause, he shall indemnify said employee by paying him the wages due and those for fifteen (15) additional days.
