§ 3907. When vendee can oblige vendor to redeem entire estate if part only subject to resale

A vendee who has made an agreement of resale of a part of an undivided estate and who should acquire the whole estate, in the case of § 1283 of this title, may oblige the vendor to redeem the whole estate, if the latter wishes to make use of the redemption.
