§ 3813. Delivery of incorporeal things

With regard to incorporeal things, the provisions of the second paragraph of § 3811 of this title shall govern. In any other case in which it cannot be applied, the placing of the titles of ownership in the possession of the vendee or the use which he may make of his right with the consent of the vendor shall be considered as a delivery.
