§ 3122. Indivisible several obligation

An indivisible several obligation is determined by indemnifying for losses and damages from the time any of the debtors fails to comply therewith. The debtors who may have been disposed to perform their obligations shall only contribute to the indemnity a sum equivalent to the corresponding portion of the value of the thing or of the service of which the obligation may consist.
