§ 1275a. Validity of common pro indiviso land sale

In order for the sale of common pro indiviso land to be valid, said sale must be conducted through a public deed which shall indicate the common pro indiviso portion or share corresponding to the buyer, the corresponding legal admonishments and the acceptance of the buyer to acquire the land in such a capacity.
