Notwithstanding anything to the contrary provided in this chapter, the developer shall not have the right to sell, transfer or otherwise convey any accommodation at any time if the result of said sale, transfer or conveyance will be that the number of accommodations sold, transferred or conveyed will exceed the number or accommodations in connection with which timeshares or vacation club rights have been sold.
