Records made in accordance with this chapter shall be deemed to be correct. Any error shall be corrected pursuant to §§ 2001 et seq. of this title, known as the “Mortgage and Property Registry Act”; and the Regulations to Enforce the Mortgage and Property Act, Regulations No. 2674 of July 13, 1980, as amended, or any subsequent regulations.
