Prescription in favor of a partner who withdrew from the copartnership or who was excluded from the same if it appears in the manner indicated in the foregoing section, shall not be interrupted by the judicial proceedings instituted against the copartnership or against another partner.
Prescription in favor of the partner who was part of the copartnership at the time of its dissolution shall not be interrupted by the judicial proceedings instituted against another partner, but shall be by those instituted against the liquidators.
