§ 76. Minimum facilities for housing projects—Regulation of transfer of families from slums

The Puerto Rico Housing Authority is hereby empowered to regulate the transfer of families from the slums and their admission to projects of this type; it being likewise empowered to procure the issuance of the necessary permits for the construction or transfer of dwellings to said project.
