§ 514. False certificates

When the Construction Officer finds that an engineer or architect has falsely certified that a dwelling has been constructed in accordance with the plans approved by the Planning Board or the Permit Management Office, or has falsely certified the condition of the work done in an urbanization project, he shall notify said fact to the Secretary of Justice, who may file the corresponding complaint before the Board of Examiners of Engineers, Architects and Surveyors in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 399 of May 10, 1951.
