Any natural or juridical person who violates the provisions in § 3208 of this title, the directors, officials, administrators, trustees or agents of said juridical person who authorized the export of a motor vehicle without complying with the requirements provided herein, or who did not comply with the obligations imposed by this chapter shall incur a fourth degree felony.
