§ 38a. Advertisements or signs not in conformity with law—Public nuisance

All such billboards, advertisements or signs as have not been erased, eliminated, or removed within the terms granted by Section 4 of Act No. 427 of May 13, 1951, and by the Zoning Regulations authorized by §§ 62—63j of Title 23, are hereby declared a public nuisance. Likewise, any billboard, advertisement or sign installed, constructed, erected, reconstructed, relocated, altered, or exhibited, on and after the effective date of Act No. 427 of May 13, 1951, and of the Zoning Regulations authorized by §§ 62—63j of Title 23 (Organic Law of the Planning Board) which does not meet the requirements therein prescribed, is hereby declared a public nuisance.
