These rules are adopted in accordance with the authority granted to the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico by the provisions of subsections (f) and (j) of Rule 13 of the Rules of Administration for the Court of First Instance of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, App. II-A of this title. They shall be known as “Rules for the Stenographer to Record His Notes on Magnetic Tapes and for the Duplication of the Record in Order to Prepare the Transcript of Evidence”.
