Rule 9. Applicability of the Rules of the Supreme Court and of the Rules of Criminal Procedure

The proceedings before an appellate session or section shall be governed by the applicable provisions of the Rules of the Supreme Court and of the Rules of Criminal Procedure in the same manner as if the matter were being considered by the Supreme Court, in everything which may not be incompatible with these rules.
