§ 943. Farm Bureaus—Organization procedure

Whenever a group of not less than fifteen natural persons, whose incomes derive principally from agricultural activities, may wish to organize a farm bureau pursuant to §§ 941-952 of this title, it shall so notify the Secretary, who shall proceed to call them to a general meeting on the date designated by him so as to organize the farm bureau. In said general meeting and once the farm bureau has been organized, a board of directors shall be appointed from among its members, to be composed of a chairman, a vice-chairman, a secretary, a treasurer and one or three directors, as may be agreed.
