Every two (2) years, the Department shall prepare a Comprehensive Child Wellbeing and Protection Plan to serve as a guide for the implementation of the public policy established in this chapter. The plan must reflect the progress in the implementation of the chapter and shall be prepared after multisector consultation with the government, nongovernmental, and private entities in charge of enforcing the chapter. A copy of the plan shall be submitted to the Legislature and shall be available for consideration by the general public. The Department shall prepare a summary of the plan to achieve greater dissemination among the general public.
