Section 367.93111 - Declaration effective until revoked - Delivery of revocation(1) A declaration shall remain in effect until revoked by the declarant in writing.(2) A revocation of a declaration shall be delivered to the person to whom the declaration was given or to the designee.Added by 2016 Ky.
