Section 65-5726 - Rules and regulations, orders and directives continued in effect until superseded

All rules and regulations, orders, and directives of the secretary of health and environment relating to those duties, functions, and powers transferred to the adjutant general by K.S.A. 65-5725 shall continue to be effective and shall be deemed to be rules and regulations, orders and directives of the adjutant general until revised, amended or nullified pursuant to law.
