Current through 2024 Session Acts Chapter 111 and 2024 Special Session Acts Chapter 4
The board shall prepare proposed rules and regulations the board deems necessary to carry out the provisions of K.S.A.65-1769 through 65-1773, and amendments thereto, on or before January 1, 2011. The board shall adopt such rules and regulations to be effective on or after July 1, 2011.
