Section 60-4126 - Placement of act; applicability of rules of evidence

This act shall be part of and supplemental to Chapter 60 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, and amendments thereto, the code of civil procedure. Unless otherwise provided, the rules of evidence shall apply.
