(a) Hazing is recklessly coercing, demanding or encouraging another person to perform, as a condition of membership in a social or fraternal organization, any act which could reasonably be expected to result in great bodily harm, disfigurement or death or which is done in a manner whereby great bodily harm, disfigurement or death could be inflicted.(b) Hazing is a class B nonperson misdemeanor.Amended by L. 2011, ch. 30,§ 22, eff. 7/1/2011.L. 1986, ch. 117, § 1; L. 1992, ch. 298, § 19; L. 1993, ch. 291, § 44; July 1; L. 2010, ch. 136, § 53, July 1, 2011.
