Ind. Code § 9-18.5-23-2

Section 9-18.5-23-2 - Eligibility

A person that is eligible to register a vehicle under this title is eligible to receive a first responder license plate under this chapter upon doing the following:

(1) Completing an application for a first responder license plate.

(2) Paying the fees under section 3 of this chapter.
