Section 8-16-5-4 - Construction and maintenance; county executive's power

The county executive of the county may plan all details, do all things necessary to carry out the work of constructing and maintaining the bridge, and cooperate with the contiguous governmental unit of the adjoining state in building and maintaining the bridge.
