Section 8-1-31.5-16 - Approval of utility's system integrity adjustment petition is not a general increase in basic rates and charges

For purposes of IC 8-1-2-42(a), the approval of a petition filed under section 12 or 13 of this chapter is not a general increase in basic rates and charges.
