Section 8-1-17.5-26 - Right to appeal

Any person adversely affected by any final decision, ruling, or order of:

(1) the commission; or

(2) a court with jurisdiction;

under this chapter may appeal the decision, ruling, or order under the same appeal procedures set forth in IC 8-1-3.
