Section 7.1-5-12-13 - Local ordinances(a) This chapter does not prohibit a county, city, town, or other governmental unit from adopting an ordinance more restrictive than this chapter.(b) This chapter does not supersede a smoking ordinance that is adopted by a county, city, town, or other governmental unit before the effective date of this chapter and that is more restrictive than this chapter.Added by P.L. 141-2012, SEC. 2, eff. 7/1/2012.
