Section 7.1-3-20-13.6 - Golf course clubhouse; sale from golf cart(a) As used in this section, "clubhouse" means a facility: (1) that is located on a golf course; and(2) where alcoholic beverages are sold under a retailer's permit or a club permit issued by the commission.(b) The holder of a retailer's permit or a club permit for the sale of alcoholic beverages at a clubhouse may, under the same permit, sell alcoholic beverages at a permanent, semipermanent, or portable structure or cart that meets the following requirements:(1) Is on the same golf course premises as the clubhouse.(2) Is within reasonable proximity of the clubhouse.(3) Provides minimum food service.(4) Has a floor plan or design that meets the following requirements: (A) Is on file with the commission.(B) Has been approved by the commission.(c) All employees of a permittee described in subsection (b), who are involved in the furnishing, supplying, conveying, selling or serving of alcoholic beverages, shall have an employee's permit or bartender's permit, as applicable.Amended by P.L. 285-2019,SEC. 34, eff. 7/1/2019.As added by P.L. 87-1993, SEC.2.
