Section 6-8.1-16.3-1 - Definitions

The following terms are defined for this chapter:

(1) "Pilot program" means the department of state revenue pilot program established by section 2 of this chapter.

(2) "Public employee" has the meaning set forth in IC 34-6-2-38.
