Section 4-13.6-2-5 - Certain statutes not applicable

The following statutes do not apply to public works, public works contracts, or professional service contracts covered under this article:

(1) IC 5-16-1.

(2) IC 5-16-2.

(3) IC 5-16-5.

(4) IC 5-16-5.5.
