Section 36-7-4-1508 - Use of other authorized requirements
Development requirements specified in a PUD district ordinance may:
(1) use requirements, restrictions, provisions, and standards authorized under section 601(d)(2) of this chapter; and(2) specify development requirements authorized under section 1403 of this chapter.
