The directors originally appointed shall meet within fifteen (15) days after their appointment at a time and place designated by the executive for the purpose of organization. The directors shall elect the following officers of the board from among their number:
The officers serve until the expiration of the first term to expire. The board shall meet annually to reorganize within thirty (30) days after the appointment of each successor director.
