Section 34-6-2-89 - "Offender"(a) "Offender", for purposes of IC 34-13-3-7, means a person who is committed to the department of correction or was committed to the department of correction.(b) "Offender", for purposes of IC 34-58, means a person who is committed to the department of correction or incarcerated in a jail.Pre-1998 Recodification Citation: 34-4-16.5-6.5(b).
