Section 33-33-49-12 - Orders, writs, appointments, and commissions
The court may do the following:
(1) Grant restraining orders and injunctions.(2) Issue writs of habeas corpus.(3) Appoint receivers, masters, and commissioners to:(A) convey real property;(B) grant commissions for the examination of witnesses; and(C) appoint other officers necessary to transact the business of the court.
