Section 31-18.5-3-17 - Communication between tribunals(a) An Indiana tribunal may communicate with a tribunal outside Indiana in a record or by telephone, electronic mail, or other means, to obtain information concerning the laws, the legal effect of a judgment, decree, or order of that tribunal, and the status of a proceeding.(b) An Indiana tribunal may furnish similar information by similar means to a tribunal outside Indiana.Added by P.L. 206-2015, SEC. 53, eff. 7/1/2015.
