Section 30-4-10-28 - "Settlor"(a) As used in this chapter, except as provided in section 55 of this chapter, "settlor" has the meaning set forth in IC 30-4-1-2(21).(b) If more than one (1) person creates or contributes property to a trust, each person is a settlor of the portion of the trust property attributable to the person's contribution except to the extent another person has power to revoke or withdraw that portion.Added by P.L. 161-2022,SEC. 3, eff. 7/1/2022.
