Section 3-8-2-3 - Precinct committeeman or delegate to state convention; necessity of declaration of candidacy

A person who desires to be elected either or both of the following at a primary election shall file a declaration of candidacy:

(1) Precinct committeeman.

(2) Delegate to a state convention.
