Ind. Code § 3-5-2-26.8

Section 3-5-2-26.8 - "Law enforcement officer"

"Law enforcement officer" means a:

(1) police officer;

(2) sheriff;

(3) constable;

(4) marshal; or

(5) deputy of any of those persons.
