Section 3-11.5-6-14 - Failure to test tabulating machines for particular office or question; manual tabulation

If a test of automatic tabulating machines required by IC 3-11-13-22 is not conducted for a particular office or public question, the absentee ballot votes for that office shall be counted manually.
