Section 3-11-8-6.3 - Polls may not be located in facility in which polls or chute contain a display visible to voter of political preference, party allegiance, or pictures, photographs, or other likeness of currently elected official(a) The polls may not be located in a structure on or in which is affixed any display visible to a voter of political preference or party allegiance.
