Section 25-23.5-2-6 - Adoption of standards; fees; renewal of licenses(a) After considering the committee's proposed rules, the board shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 establishing standards for: (1) the competent practice of occupational therapy;(2) the renewal of licenses issued under this article, subject to IC 25-1-2-6(e); and(3) standards for the administration of this article.(b) After considering the committee's recommendations for fees, the board shall establish fees under IC 25-1-8-2.Amended by P.L. 177-2015, SEC. 52, eff. 7/1/2015.Amended by P.L. 197-2011, SEC. 93, eff. 7/1/2011.As added by P.L. 238-1989, SEC.1.
