Section 24-5-0.5-0.1 - Application of certain amendments to chapter The following amendments to this chapter apply as follows:
(1) The amendments made to sections 2, 3, and 4 of this chapter by P.L. 24-1989 are clarifications only and should not be construed as modifications of existing law.(2) The amendments made to sections 2 and 3 of this chapter by P.L. 174-1997 apply to local telephone directories published after May 31, 1997.Added by P.L. 220-2011, SEC. 394, eff. 7/1/2011.
