Section 24-4-9.2-3 - "Peer to peer vehicle sharing"

As used in this chapter, "peer to peer vehicle sharing" or "P2P vehicle sharing" means the authorized use of a shared vehicle by a person other than the shared vehicle's owner as part of a P2P vehicle sharing program.
