Section 23-2.5-11-16 - Securities division and department of financial institutions; cooperation

In the securities division's investigative, examination, and regulatory activities related to licensees under this article, the securities division may cooperate with the Indiana department of financial institutions in the regulation of a licensee that conducts:

(1) business under this article; and
(2) business that requires licensure under IC 24-4.4.
