Section 23-0.5-1.5-20 - "Limited liability company"

"Limited liability company" means a domestic limited liability company formed under or subject to IC 23-18, a domestic series limited liability company formed under or subject to IC 23-18.1, a foreign limited liability company, or a foreign series limited liability company.
