Section 22-9-9-2 - "Armed forces of the United States"

As used in this chapter, "armed forces of the United States" means the active or reserve components of the:

(1) Army;

(2) Navy;

(3) Air Force;

(4) Coast Guard;

(5) Marine Corps; or

(6) Merchant Marine.
