Section 20-24-1-2.3 - "Adult high school"

"Adult high school" refers to a charter school that has a majority of students enrolled with the school that:

(1) belong to a graduation cohort that has already graduated; or

(2) are over the age of eighteen (18) years of age;

at the time the student was first enrolled at the school.
